Craig Cunningham first became intrigued by sculpture work as a college student when he found part-time employment for renowned sculptor Stan Johnson. He says, "The minute I entered Stan's studio and saw his incredible work, I determined to learn the art of sculpture."
Inspired by athletes and religious heroes since his youth, Craig finds sculpture to be the perfect medium of expression. His sculptures capture dynamic images
of strength, determination and grace, while effectively portraying the triumphant spirit of humanity.
Craig graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Physical Education and Health, and has been a teacher and coach for over 18 years. His in-depth knowledge of anatomy and form are evident in his work.
